Product Usage:
Sodium hypochlorite is used as a water purifier, disinfectant, and bactericide in the field of water treatment. It is used for sterilization and algae killing of industrial water and swimming pool water. It is also used for decomposing organic matter and as an auxiliary agent for removing iron and manganese.
Instructions:
Sodium hypochlorite disinfectant is irritating and corrosive to a certain extent and must be diluted before use.The specific dosage should be tested according to the water quality, and the suitable dosage should be selected before use.
Packaging and storage:
1. There should be firm and clear marks on the packaging of sodium hypochlorite, including: the name of the manufacturer, address, product name, 'hazardous chemicals' words, net content, batch number or production date, production license number and logo, this standard No., 'Corrosive Substances' and 'Oxidizing Substances' signs and safety labels stipulated in GB190.For plastic barrels, plastic cans and combined packaging (including corrugated boxes) composed of plastic bottle packaging and fiberboard boxes, there should also be the 'upward' mark specified in GB/T 191.
2. Each batch of sodium hypochlorite leaving the factory should be accompanied by safety technical instructions and quality certificates.The content of the quality certificate includes: the name of the manufacturer, address, product name, 'hazardous chemicals' words, net content, batch number or production date, production license number and logo, certificate of product quality conforming to this standard and this standard number.
3. The packaging of sodium hypochlorite should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 19107.
4. Sodium hypochlorite should be airtight during transportation, and the shipping container should be anti-corrosion.It shall not be mixed with reductive items during transportation.
5. The packaging containing sodium hypochlorite should be stored in a cool, ventilated warehouse, away from sunlight, and other goods that may react dangerously with sodium hypochlorite are prohibited from being stored together.
6. Calculated from the date of manufacture of sodium hypochlorite products, the available chlorine of AI and BI types shall not be less than 12% within 3 days, and shall not be less than 11% within 7 days; the available chlorine of types A-II and B-II shall not be less than 9% within 3 days , not less than 8% within 7 days; A-II and BII types of available chlorine not less than 4.5% within 20 days.
7. If the shelf life is exceeded, it should be determined through consultation with the user or clearly stated in the product label.
